How Mail-In Works

  3. Ship only the console (no power cord, no HDMI, no controllers).
  4. We diagnose, repair, and ship it back to you.

What We Accept for Mail-In

  • PlayStation 6 (when available) / PS5 / PS5 Pro
  • PlayStation 4 (select models)
  • Xbox Series X / Series S
  • Xbox One family

We do not repair controllers, Nintendo products, or handhelds. For other systems visit GameConsoleRepairGuy.com.

Packaging Notes

  • Ship only the console
  • Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding
  • Insure the package for the value of the console
  • Do not include power cords, HDMI cables, or controllers
